Of course, you buy a new home and something breaks...literally off the track! Called them, nice people on the phone. Only complaint was the time it took form pur tech to get here. I was told between 6-7, that became 7-8, then it became 11-11:30 to which I said that's too late. Tech said he would come by at 7 am. I told him I had to leave by 9. At 7:35 I had sent a text to the tech who responded that he just woke up. Needed to shower and he would be over. Got here about 8:15 and was done around 10:00. So other than that, he was professional, nice, knew what he was doing, and gave us a discount to make up for it. I do understand that sometimes timing is out of their hands and they deal with what they are given. I'd recommend them.
